PERFOMANCE - Even before the birth of PACOI,
In 2015,
Bishop Galma T Arcilla being a former military man,
moved with his love for the good of the country
and as a Bishop his compassion for salvation of men,
without any fear,
went up the mountain,
cautiously sat down met and negotiated with
and became instrumental
in the surrendering of one of the notorious NPA Kumander
in Bukidnon,
in the person of Alde Salunad alias,
Ka Butchoy.
Facing around 300 heavily armed men,
totally depending on God for their safety and using his skills and experience during his military days,
Bishop Arcilla convinced and made these “rebels” to put down their arms and go back to the fold of the law.
