The Preamble of the 1899 Constitution penned during the Malolos Convention, entreats the aid of the Sovereign Lawgiver of the Universe, while the 1935, 1943, 1973, and the 1987 Philippine Constitution consistently implored the aid of the Divine Providence and the Almighty God to have a society under the rule of law and a regime of truth, justice, freedom, love, equality and peace.

Since the time of President Ferdinand E Marcos and all the succeeding Presidents issued Presidential Proclamations and Executive Orders in support of institutionalizing and internalizing the importance of the Word of God and what it can do to the lives of every individual and the nation as a whole.

We have enough laws, but less implementations. Those orders remain dormant and have not been properly executed.

While others who were given a chance to implement, used it for their own benefit and expansion of their own “kingdom.”

We were behind to support every God ordained Leaders, we will be with them, and we will support all the way in all their advocacies. While the government will be at the frontline visibly clearing the way towards progress, PACOI will be the force behind that will work within the hearts of men, by invoking God’s favor that together the whole nation will be united and move toward the same direction and to make the “Philippines Great Once Again.”

The government can be assured that we will be their partner in preventing and fighting the proliferation of illegal drugs, corruption, saving our youths from the deception of evil ideologies and all other ills of the society through the teaching of the diving principles from the Word of God.

Invoking Article II Sec 23 of the 1987 Constitution: “The State shall encourage non-government , community based ore sectoral organizations that promote the welfare of the nation.”

THEREFORE, committed people and incessant impounding of Biblical truths and good moral values in the hearts and minds of the citizenry is the call of the day.

The undying truth that Edward Burke once said,

“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing!”

THUS, is it imperative that institutionalizing and internalizing the principles imbibed of the laws mentioned be enforced!

That is the very reason why we, the PACOI and TAOCIG exists.

For the good of the country, for the stability of the nation, for the expansion of righteousness and for the GLORY OF GOD!
