The TAOCIG / PACOI has been in continuous partnership with the former Spiritual adviser and the Head of the Office of President for Religious Affairs (OPARA) which later on was changed to Office of the Presidential Affairs for Moral Transformation and Religious Affairs (OPAMTRA) Bishop Grepor “Butch” Belgica. Our former National Chaplain Bishop Jerry Toledanes is the National Executive Director of Yeshua Men of Covenant the Implementor of the said Program.
